30 DAYS Refund/Replacement Policy
The following reasons are covered by our 30-day FULL Refund/ FREE Replacement Policy. If you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item since our products are customized.
Products Don’t Meet Expectations
Items received don’t match product pages or customization requirements.
Defective or Damaged Products
Damaged in transit (e.g., cracks, scratches) or quality issues (e.g., malfunctioning, material defects).
Wrong Size/Specifications
Size differs from the order, or major differences between specifications and description.
Lost/Incomplete Orders
Orders not fully received or items lost in transit.
No Refund or Replacement with small fee
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-day Refund & Replacement Policy, and we are not liable for these issues. Additionally, please allow for differences of up to 20% between advertised images and the actual item due to lighting during photo shoots or variations in monitor displays.
Beyond the 30-Day Refund Period
All refund or replacement requests must be made within 30 days of product delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
Wrong Product Information Selected
Refunds or free replacements are not available for products that do not meet expectations due to incorrect selections of size, style, address, or customization details. Please double-check product information before placing your order.
Damage Due to Misuse or Poor Maintenance
Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow maintenance instructions is not covered by our refund or free replacement policy. Proper use and care can extend the life of your product.
Used or Soiled Products
Products that have been washed, worn, or soiled due to customer use cannot be accepted for refund or replacement, as this affects their ability to be resold.
Personal Subjective Reasons
Refunds or replacements due to changes in personal preferences, no longer needing the product, or impulse buying regrets are generally not covered by our refund policy. Please consider your purchase carefully before buying.
Promotional or Discounted Products
Products purchased during promotions, sales, or special offers may not be eligible for full refunds or free replacements. Please review the specific refund and replacement policies on the product page before making your purchase.
