PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME

Production process includes order fulfillment based on your personalization, quality checks to ensure that every item reaches our customers in the best condition, and packaging.

Shipping time is calculated from the day your order leaves our door to your delivery address. Keep in mind that Production and Shipping times vary based on item types and delivery locations. Note: The provided timeframe is an estimate.
DISPATCH SCHEDULE

- Production & quality control – 1-3 business days
- Handed to carrier – Day 2-4
- Transit time starts counting from the moment the parcel leaves our studio
Need-to-Know Extras
- Weekends & public holidays do NOT count as transit days
- Large bulk orders (50+ pcs) may require one extra production day; we’ll e-mail you a revised ETA immediately
- Undeliverable packages: we’ll reach out once; if no response within 7 days the parcel returns to us and we issue a full refund or re-ship (your choice)
- Customs & import taxes: already pre-paid on Express shipments; Standard shipments may face local handling fees in rare cases – if they occur, we reimburse you on receipt of official proof

Express Shipping – The “I Need It Now” Option
- Speed: 5–8 business days worldwide
- Cost: Flat rate calculated at checkout – usually €3.35-€6.95 depending on destination & parcel weight
- Carrier: DHL Express or FedEx International Priority (we auto-pick the fastest route)
- Tracking: Live updates every 12 h, delivery-window prediction, signature on arrival
- Insurance: Covered up to €100; higher value orders automatically upgraded
- Pick-up points: If you’re not home, instruct the courier via the tracking page to leave it with a neighbor or a nearby service point
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that all details in your order, including the recipient’s name, are CORRECT. Failure to provide accurate or complete shipping information may result in the return of your items to our shipping partners’ warehouses, where they may be disposed of. TailorAura.com is NOT responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or insufficient shipping details.
Address changes are permitted within 2 hours of placing your order. Modifications are not possible beyond this timeframe. In cases where issues arise, such as incorrect city, state spelling, or ZIP code, we may contact you to clarify your shipping address. Please note that timely delivery cannot always be guaranteed in these situations.
